There are multiple Molly Moon's ice cream shops around Seattle, but my favorite scoop is between two of Robin's cookies at Hello Robin! This place is YUMMY.

If you like cookies and ice cream, this is the spot for you. There's usually a bit of a line during summer, but it's worth it.
