It’s located inside a gym and is next to a shinkansen track, so make a cycling or jogging goal—you can always take the train home. Those with tattoos are not allowed.

Maybe the nearest spa, Onsen. I highly recommend this place to go this spa to feel the Japanese culture instantly.
