Lakewood Park Disc Golf course is the only disc golf course west of St. Thomas. Disc golf is played much like traditional golf but instead of a ball and clubs, players use a flying disc (or Frisbee). The object is to complete each hold in the fewest throws. Use of the 18 hole course is FREE. Call to confirm disc rentals are still available during COVID-19. 22 km from Rochester Place
