This is a gorgeous loch surrounded by remnants of the ancient Caledonian forest. The walk round it is approx 3 miles. Chance of spotting red squirrels and crested tits.

Loch an eilein is a beautiful loch with a 13th century island castle, it has been voted the best picnic spot in Scotland
