I'm not sure of the owner's name but I think he's owned this spot for at least 50 years and he knows what he's doing. He'll wash, dry, and fold for the best price in Montrose. You can also buy quarters from him but don't push your luck too much. He's a little cranky sometimes but it's actually endearing. There's tide pods in the donkey on the mantle. :)

Do your laundry while sipping on coffee next door at Mercantile! Very convenient location, cheap prices compared to others I've seen in Houston.
