Piccadilly line direct from Gloucester Road to Heathrow airport. NB: Gloucester Road is not a step-free station... approx 20 steps from the platform to the lift which brings you up to street level at Gloucester Road. Allow 1 hour although journey generally takes 50 mins. And of course delays can occur. I generally take this route when arriving at Heathrow. Much cheaper and faster than taking a taxi. Heathrow Express is a 15 min journey from Paddington station which is 20 mins in a taxi. I wouldn't recommend taking circle line to Paddington from Gloucester Road as although direct, there are a lot of escalators and walking when switching from Paddington tube station to Heathrow Express.
