Most Burlington yoga studios are good but I feel this is the best. Really nice space. No classes on Saturday so if you are looking for Saturday classes go to Burlington Yoga.

The original yoga studio that gave me my certification. Strong Ashtanga practice as well as Vinyasa and more. Kathy and Scott are the owners that teach there - say hello for me!

This Ashtanga studio is one of the original Burlington yoga meccas and still one of the best. (Abbott practices here often and received his teacher certification here.)

Vermont's Original Yoga Studio, classes run all the time, especially Ashtanga and Mysore style...Kathy McNames and Scott York rock.
