A popular local bar good for meeting friends as it is for getting some peace and quiet with a book. Great big windows are ideal for people watching. They also have a decent food menu.

My local pub for a Sunday roast. Best roast and amazing Yorkshire puddings. Very big portions, so no fear that you will leave that place hungry... ...best thing! They serve the roast until late on Sundays.

Classic English pub with good food and beer & drink selection. Somehow it's always bustling, even on weekdays during the day! I know because this is my class's post-exam pub of choice.
