Make the pilgrimage to La Beaugraviere in Mondragon for the most honest celebration of the Provencale truffle in regional cuisine you'll ever come across. Guy Julien's restaurant is a family affair and one with a renowned wine list. You will not find a better selection of Chateauneuf du Papes or other regional wines anywhere.
