Pretty park with childrens play areas and paddling pool (summer only). If you purchased a weekly Tourist Parking Permit you can use it in the adjacent car park and let the children wear themselves out while you have coffee and cake in Cafe du Parc which is part of Burton Art Gallery. Home of Victoria Bowling Club and right by the Rugby Club. Visit Mr Hocking's van at the park entrance for delicious, locally-made, dairy ice-cream.

A well kept peaceful park right in the centre of Bideford. Always a hockings van parked outside too ! From here you can walk the coast path to Appledore.

Lots of fun for children including an outdoor pool, suitable for young children. Close by to Burton Arts Centre and Cafe du Parc, superb French café. Combine a day out to please everyone.

Very good children's play area in a beautiful setting next to the river. Good amenities and parking. Close to bus stops.
