Just next door (the middle one of three - possibly quite unconnected? - bar/restaurants in the same building), Touk has the best cocktails and river views on Sisowath Quay

corner bar with a very good happy hour that is next to but more affordable that FCC. personally my preference is here compared with FCC because it's a bit more local in feel
