The Plough Inn is a family run pub just over a mile out of the village (towards Grindleford). With lovely log fires, great food and a lovely outdoor area, its definitely worth a visit. Not only does the Plough serve great food, it also has a fantastic selection of wine, and serves a very good pint!

(Hathersage) A really nice Gastro pub, on a sunny day a stroll along the river before lunch or supper is a delight.

Is a bit further out of the village past the David Mellor Design Museum and has excellent food but this is reflected in the price.
