With more than a kilometre (0.6 miles) of pure white sand, Cottesloe Beach is one of Perth's most popular spots for swimming, snorkelling and surfing. Generations of West Australians have spent summer days diving into the ocean from the distinctive floating bell just offshore. Watch the sun set over the Indian Ocean while enjoying a glass of wine, a refreshing beer or a relaxed dinner. In March the annual Sculpture by the Sea outdoor exhibition turns the beach into an outdoor art gallery.

A short 5 minute drive takes you to Marine Parade. From here you can explore the coast line passing through Swanbourne, Cottesloe and Leighton to Fremantle. Lots of sight seeing, cafes, bars and restaurants. You can also head here to catch beautiful sunsets. There is a bike track running along the whole coast line.
Great day out at the beach! Plenty of white sand and grass terraces to lay about on! About 20-30 mins by car from the townhouse
Stunning, iconic and accessible beach with a playground surrounded by lawn and shade.
