Held at Parker School campus (a private school right in town), this best farmers' market in town is only held Saturdays from 7ish to Noon.

Great Farmers Market in "downtown" Waimea. Saturdays from 8am to noon the Parker Ranch School. Don't miss the Mac Nut Tart from the "Pie Lady."
