Well equipped gym which does very reasonable day and weekend memberships.

A massive gym with state of the art facilities. What I like about this place is that, there is no membership fees! check their website for details

Inexpensive but well-equipped gym under the arches with a day pass for £7. 1 to 1 sessions with my trainer, Doloran Hoxha, are well worth £40.
