This is the closest you will ever get to true local food and service. "La Macha" is a super nice lady with great cooking skills, super nice people skills and service, and a cozy "soda", which in local Spanish means small restuarant.

A fun place across the river. Served family style and I'm pretty sure they only take cash. Only open for breakfast or lunch.

Te sentirás como en la casa. La atención y la buena comida típica de Costa Rica La macha muy amable y muy buena comida los precios son muy bajos recomiendo dejar una propinita.. Le recomiendo.... Excelente soda
