They have so many yummy options for breakfast & lunch and the baked goods are wonderful! They have gluten free options too! I recommend the gluten free focaccia!

Great salads, soup, sandwiches, and simple breakfast fare. It's a coffee shop/bakery with more health choices as well. The owners are on the premises a lot. They also serve Eric's matcha there and do a lovely job. There is seating indoors and some seating outdoors.

This is a friendly spot to meet up with friends for coffee, a Popeye Bowl, or perhaps a slice of the Banana Abundance Bread. Some people say the latter guarantees a great day!
