I won't say this is a must but it has great italian food and it is very centric. This restaurant brand has been in Puerto Vallarta for many years.

A really nice Italian restaurant in Old Town. You can't go wrong with their dishes and pizza.

You can't get any closer to this restaurant-- it's located on the ground floor of our building. The drinks are especially good!
