Small ruined castle built into the cliff - right next to Sunnyside beach which is a secret treasure of a beach - its a little walk to the castle and beach but well worth it - be careful on the cliffs!

Fantastic ruin of a cliff side castle. You can access the very private Sunnyside Beach from here too.

An incredible spot featuring a cliff top castle that. Ruins that could quite easily be from Game of Thrones. Also a great opportunity for some snorkelling if you are inclined the brave the water.

Findlater Castle is the old seat of the Earls of Findlater and Seafield, sitting on a 50-foot-high cliff overlooking the Moray Firth. Only 12 minutes drive to the free car park and 5 minutes walk afterwards.

Wonderful setting for this ruined castle perched on a cliff. It’s gradually falling away so be careful ! There is also an ancient Dovecot and a wonderful cliff top walk along to a beautiful and often sparsely populated beach towards the much busier Cullen beach .
