'Thom' is her name, 'Little Boom' is her nickname. She recently moved to Portland from Vietnam with a dream to bring her fresh Vietnamese cuisine to America. A food truck purchase later and she's absolutely crushing it! Ingredients come straight from her garden—try her traditional Pad Thai or my favorite: Pad See Ew. Tell her Matt sent you ;)
