Communication of short-term rental activities

In order to rent your accommodation in Naples, you will have to send the communication of short-term rental activities to the Single Unit for Productive Activities (SUAP) of Naples through the Impresa in un giorno platform.

How to file:

• Go to https://www.impresainungiorno.gov.it/
• Write “Napoli” in the search bar
• Click on Compila una pratica and log in via SPID
• Enter the required data

Tourist tax

Agreement between Airbnb and the Municipality of Naples

Further to an agreement between Airbnb and the Municipality of Naples, Airbnb is collecting the tourist tax for all stays booked through Airbnb. In case of exemptions, Airbnb will refund guests who are entitled to it upon their request through the portal after their stay.

Will my payout be affected?

No, the Tourist Taxes will be paid for by the guest.

How can I see the amount of Tourist Tax collected on my behalf?
