A touch of South Africa in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Tabora’s wine portfolio contains a variety of wines certain to please a wide array of palates. Also home to a from-scratch deli and bakery offering delicious food and baked goods. Jane and Roger started a new venture in the Finger Lakes of New York as Tabora Vineyards operating a 250-acre farm supplying local and national wine and juice producers. A naturally ambitious family, the cultivation of this farm led them to wanting more. Looking to use facilities and structures that were already a part of the 100+ year old farm property, Jane and Roger drew out the vision to turn a Quonset hut into a wine production facility and tasting room space. In 2020, among a year of challenges, the space is open and the vision continues.
