When deciding whether to become a Host on Airbnb in Italy, it is important for you to understand the laws in your region or city. You can host in the Molise region, through tourist rentals of any duration, without any specific obligations other than those already provided for by national legislation (check the national page).

Difference between tourist rentals and other extra-hotel facilities
Please note that tourist rental is different from extra-hotel facilities (ex: guest house, B&B, etc.) for which regional legislation provides several other obligations (ex: practices at One-stop Business Advisory Center (SUAP), price notification, etc.).
Note: Please keep in mind that you do not have to provide any services typical of extra-hotel facilities (ex: breakfast).
